Terms and Conditions for Amendments/Cancellations in Accordance with the Tourism Business and Guide Act

• All cancellations or changes to the travel itinerary must be submitted in writing.

• Customers may cancel their booking without any cancellation fees if the written notice is provided to the service provider at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, unless otherwise specified by the terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, or other involved service providers (if any).

• For cancellations or changes made less than 30 days before the scheduled departure, a 50% cancellation or amendment fee will be charged. In addition, the traveler shall be responsible for any fare differences and ticket reissuance fees (if applicable).

• For cancellations or changes made less than 15 days before the commencement of services, the full amount of the service fee will be charged.

Coverage Details:

• Life coverage: THB 1,000,000
• Medical expenses: Up to THB 500,000
• Maximum coverage limit: THB 150,000,000 per incident

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

• Delays or cancellations caused by airline, natural disasters, protests, or acts of God.
• Any accidents or damages resulting from intoxication, reckless behavior, or violation of laws.
• Loss of personal property due to theft or negligence by the traveler.

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

• Modify or substitute parts of the program due to operational or safety concerns.
• Change accommodations, transportation, or venues in case of overbooking or availability issue.

This Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through mutual discussion or in Thai courts if necessary.
